Lovely towel/blanket rack

I love it, looks greats next to our bed for blankets and cute accessories.

Overall good product.  Looks nice and solid wood. Instructions are good, pieces are marked good. The only thing is that the wooden heads to cover screw holes do not stay in good.

Would recommend!

We use this ladder for holding blankets in our living room and love that it's wider (holds thick blankets more easily) and has a top shelf for holding decor and knickknacks. The wood is smooth, has a good weight to it, and is a rich brown that's a little darker than the "honey" it's described as, which feels high-quality. The only drawback is that the side rails come in three pieces, and the holes are drilled in a way such that it was nearly impossible to align all the pieces properly. We ended up buying four different sets and trying all of the pieces together, and still ended up with one side rail that's slightly crooked. It was only because we loved the functional design and quality wood so much that we were willing to go through the hassle, and I wish the manufacturer would either impose better quality control or make future versions with one-piece side rails. That said, it's a well-designed, beautiful ladder that works well in our space, so I'd recommend it as long as your order comes with side rails that are better aligned!

Putting it together was easy enough but not all pieces fit together well.  After putting out together,  I noticed the ladder was warped.  Putting it flat up against the wall i noticed the right "leg" her out more than the left.  Also,  I bought this for bath towels and when hanging the towels are nearly touching the floor.

The wood is a little wonky… which makes the shelf not stand up straight… I expected better from better homes and gardens

it would have worked well for our space but the holes were not placed correctly to install and line up the towel bars evenly. returning.
