Overall great product, but came with a couple corner chips. Too heavy/ too much of a hassle to repack and return. Maybe needs better packaging reinforcement.

Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bookcase exceeded all of my expectations from the moment it arrived. It was well-packed and arrived with no damage, easy to assemble, and surprisingly solid. It's much higher quality than the similarly-fluted collection at a certain red bullseye store and less than half the price, too.

We're using the bookshelf as a station for our homeschool supplies and it works perfectly for our needs. Love the adjustable shelves and the backing which includes a cut out for our charging station.

Buy it, you can't go wrong!

Stylish, solid, unbeatable value

I can't believe this bookshelf only cost around $130. We wanted somewhere cute and functional to store record player and records. Also has a huge storage area in the cabinet where we put our board games, puzzles, Etc. Much heavier sturdiness wise compared to IKEA furniture and other “particle board” furniture. This piece has a heaviness/ denseness to it. I was worried the wood tone would look too yellowish/ orange, but it actually fits right in with my living room. Have only had it for a day but so far absolutely loving the look and functionality of it. Also has soft close hinges which is always a win. Not hard to put together, it comes with easy to follow step by step instructions in Spanish and English. Highly recommend!!!

It took my husband and I about an hour and a half to put together. It is very sturdy and a great value. I absolutely love it!

Just get it

Love the look of adding multiple together! Fairly easy to assemble- the boxes are HEAVY.  I picked these specifically to fit my new record player/ having the cut out in the back for cords and it works great! Would highly recommend!

Great pieces for the value!

Absolutely stunning bookcase. We have the matching L-Shape and writing desk, and it all looks amazing together. We had a previous shelf from Walmart and this one is much bigger and fits all of our decorations and miscellaneous items for two real estate agents.

Ok….so for the price? AMAZING! 
Far easier to assemble than other furniture pieces we have bought in the past, although you will need help to flip and get it upright if you're alone. 
The only piece that had any damage was the back panel that gets screwed on; just a small scuff on the edge. Impressed by the quality for the price!

Impressive, Walmart!

While this is cute for the most part the assembly is a huge issue… there are so many pre drill holes that do not line up. On top of that some parts came slightly damaged but luckily do not affect the overall structure I don't think. Time will tell. You could probably find this on Facebook marketplace for roughly the same price and already assembled and it would be more worth it than buying it new. The bottom cabinet doors are hard to assemble and as mentioned above the holes don't line up which causes issues with the doors opening. If I wasn't in a bind I would return this and spend my money on something else.
