I have tried many many products for chronic arthritis and spinal desease..I tend to use the spray at nighttime as sleep is difficult..The results are good and it has taken a couple of weeks to really feel the benefit as widespread pain isn't easy to treat.  My husband who is always more hard to convince had fibro myalgia rhumatica and I spray on the worse areas and he has had to agree that it helps!!

It took a couple of days to feel the benefit of the spray but it definatly works as i was getting really bad cramps beforehand. I dont use it every nght only after long hours at work.

Magnesium oil spray

I haven't bought from the website. I come across it in Holland and Barrett then actual found it in Home Bargains a few weeks ago! Very good for easing the neuropathy pain in my feet so that I can actually sleep. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because even rubbing it in it doesn't get absorbed very well (it works better for me just to leave it for a bit then put socks on again) my skin usually absorbs oils and creams like a sponge.

Good Stuff

Great product, had a bad wrist for nearly 3 months, started rubbing this into it and it's improved dramatically in a few days. Even able to play tennis again. Only thing that is irritating is the stingy feeling when you first put it on but left to the air rather than covered up it soon goes. I even add a few sprays to my smoothie to get a bit extra!

It's very easy to use. Used daily and very practical. No major results yet but only using it 3 weeks so hopefully my joints will improve. Using together with the magnesium salt baths.

Sorry but personally I absolutely loved the body butter but was so dissapointrd with the oil. I find it stings my skin. On the other hand the body butter  was amazing and got rid of my aches and pains

My skin had the pricking pain after applying it. I stopped immediately. I have never had the allergy to any skincare products before. This is the first time to have such irritating effect, which is awful 😞

Lets not pretend. This product is just rubbish. Even if it did work its not possibly to apply it and be comfortable. Some sticky oil that covers everything you touch. How are you suppose to get in bed with this spray on. Has anyone actually tried to keep it on. Nightmare and it does not do anything at all. Also who ask for email just to post a review it is clearly to collect information and send junk adverts to your email.

I used this product constantly since it has arrived and I can honestly say I have not noticed any difference whatsoever so I would have to say I found it a complete waste of my money.
