I have never really thought much about using mixes for baking, but I thought I would give this one a shot.  I usually make everything from scratch.  I was pleasantly surprised at the deep, rich taste and quality of the mix.  It might be a good alternative for expensive ingredients or store bought cakes and pastries.

Super light and fluffy! We really loved these cupcakes, but they need a plate and a fork they are SO fluffy. 
Really liked that the frosting comes in two pouches. I froze 6 cupcakes to have later, and they will be easy to frost quickly with the unopened pouch when I'm ready.

Last week I felt like cupcakes for desserts after our dinner. So I made Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Flavoured Frosting and they were so delicious! The red velvet cupcakes were very moist and sweet and the cream cheese frosting was thick and creamy. I loved these cupcakes and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves red velvet cupcakes!

I loved these AND they come with the cream cheese frosting! So easy to make and well worth the money. These are a must have dessert that the entire family will love.

Taste SO SO GOOD!

These cupcakes are easy to make with this mix. They are light and fluffy and the cream cheese icing is delicious! An all around delicious dessert and a family favorite in my house.

I may just have to look for these on Wednesday while in the city during the rainstorm! The vanilla looks awesome and the red velvet looks good as well. If you split one with someone the calories are not so bad!! :) lovely find !!

The Betty crocker red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese mix is yummy. In a box. They give you all of the ingredients you need to make cupcakes including the mix for the cupcakes and the tangy cream cheese icing. I like this so much that I wish that they had a kit that made a two-layer cake.

This was horrible,the mix was terrible and I said well,maybe the frosting will fix it.HORRIBLE it doesnt taste like cheese frosting AT ALL.A huge disappointment.Never buying this mix again next time I  will try Duncan Hines.
