Lancôme Bi-Facil Non-Oily Instant Cleanser is amazing. 

The travel-size bottle is very convenient to carry in my bag. This bi-phase eye makeup remover has a lightweight formula that surprised me with how quickly it removes makeup, even waterproof products, without irritation to my eyes or skin. I no longer have to waste time or rub my eyes to remove my makeup. 

I shake the bottle, pour some onto a cotton pad, and gently swipe it across my eyes. For long-lasting makeup, I place a cotton pad on my eye area for 30 seconds to a few minutes, then wipe it away. My eyes look clean, fresh, and soft with no dryness or discomfort. 

This powerful yet gentle cleanser is a great addition to my everyday skincare routine, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

I am using this bifacial eye cleanser for so long, and it's far the best for removing eye makeup, especially If you have sensitive eyes like me.

Great cleanser

This is the only product I have yet found that removes Lancome's waterproof mascara! And it totally removes it, not a trace left.
The only minor grumble I have is that, although this product is described as non-oily, I find it leaves a slightly oily feeling behind, and so I prefer to wipe it away with another cleanser.

Very effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sensitive skin and this product is really gentle. It isn't as effective as I'd like; to remove all trace of makeup I have to use more product and cotton pads than others I've tried. On application it does feel more oily than micellar water and other eye makeup removers, but it quickly dissipates leaving the skin feeling really soft with no dryness or irritation which is lovely.

I've used this as long as I can remember as I've worn Lancôme since I was 18, 40 years ago. This was the best I'd found, but the last three purchases have not removed as well as it used to so I've switched to another brand.
