Although the type of hunting he does doesn't start until January, we did set it up on his property.  It was easy to do and sturdy enough for us.

It is a great quality and very sturdy. This is a great option to quickly and easily install a stand in the tree and have a safe entrance and exit.

Easy set up!

I am an avid archery hunter and using climbing sticks a lot.
The workmanship, like the welds, are really well done.  When anchored to the tree securely, they make for a nice sturdy secure feeling climb.
I have decided that I like dual side-by-side steps as opposed to the staggered steps, but I'm getting use to using the staggered steps.
I do have a suggestion for companies that make these type of climbing sticks.  I wish they would make two of the anchor straps longer to accommodate strapping them to a larger tree.  This way they would fit around the base of a larger tree at the bottom.
