Used to travel regularly to Tokyo, and have really missed the features of their toilets. The Japanese are all about cleanliness and hygiene. This product provides that... and a lot more. Installation is simple...took hardly half an hour. Would recommend first watching the short video from the website, however.

Quality Product

biobidet.com

I had been thinking about getting a bidet seat for quite a while, so I decided to go for it recently. I'm very happy with the performance of this unit, and I'm a new fan of the bidet seat experience! It provides a nice, gentle, and relaxing session that makes me smile. I'm also impressed with the price point of this unit, as it is significantly less than a certain Japanese brand. Overall, I rated this seat/bidet with five stars for features, price, and user friendliness. Finally, it was very simple to install, and the instructions were concise and clear.

BB-2000...where have you been all my life?

Samsclub.com

Bought this during the pandemic when the world was running out of toilet paper. Have used it daily in a family setting with great results. Installation is super easy and the unit works great. It recently stopped working after a significant move and I emailed the company and the repair and return service was remarkably easy and effective. I have a refurbished unit for about a third of the retail price and should get another several years out of it.

6 years of daily family use- repair awesome

My wife has been "asking" me to install a bidet toilet seat for some time. Tomorrow is her birthday and I thought there was no better time. I wanted to be sure I purchased one that had a great rating and features I know she would appreciate, so I ordered the BB-2000.
Installation was very fast - about 45 minutes. She loves it.

Wow! Never knew what I was missing.

I really like my bio bidet BB 2000
It's really a much better way to stay clean than using paper products.
I will confess that I do use paper products, one little bit of it just to finish up and dry off.
Now here's an improvement you guys could make a bidet when you sell your BB 2000 seats they should come with the wrench to tighten the seat nuts down on the bowl!
Otherwise, I have to say that the bio bidet BB 2000
Feels like a quality strong product that should last for years to come.

Only one little problem, but truly a great seat

I got hooked on bidets after using one at a hotel. I tried a few other brands of bidets before getting the BioBidet BB-2000, and I have to say the BB-2000 is pretty much the perfect bidet! Compared to the other brands, the BB-2000 has perfect nozzle placement, awesome water pressure (not too hard, not too soft -- feels like more water volume than other brands which is good), consistent water temp, and it is the only one that has an enema feature that actually works! The remote is nice, and the screen tells you what function is running and how much time it will run for. The only improvement I can think of is if this had user presets on the remote. For the price, I feel like that should be included (hence docking one star on value), but just keep your eye out for deals and promotions and you can get this for a great price if you time it right!

Top of the line bidet!

Rating of 4 stars, but actually should be 4.5 because of a few minor issues.
1. The strips that hold the assembly in location on the bowl are not robust enough, and are small concerning surface area. The bolts are tightened, but the assembly can be moved on the bowl. It MAY take some time for the assembly to "settle in and grab on", but we will see.
2. The second item is the temperature control. On a unit of this price, the temp should be able to be set with more adjustments other than Low, Medium, and High. Temperature setting should be adjustable in 1 degree increments.

4.5 stars

Excellent seat for the money, but a few drawbacks. The oscillator function is not great and does not provide for broader coverage. Functions via the remote are a bit wonky... sometimes fan does not stop even after pressing the fan button again (on/off) or the Stop function. Tends to "overspray" some out the front of the toilet (under seat), requiring frequent front of bowl (exterior) cleaning.

Great seat for the money, but....

I had a BB 1000 for 8 years and couldn't be happier. The BB 200 is a disappointment, although well made and presented, the controls are not up to scratch. The seat configuration feels different from the BB 1000 and the controls are less flexible in moving the spray to find your bottom. Wiggle as much as I can, it took precious time to find the magic spot. The normal male spray is good but the vertex is a disappointment. Thats why I b ought the BB 2000; as an older man I need it more, but alas it doesn't seem to do the job of its earlier version the BB 1000. And you still can't sit on the cover!

Disappointed: Needs Improvement

This unit does not have a feminine wash, it basically has 3 rear washes! If you want a really good bidet, buy a USPA! The feminine wash, along with the water pressure is A+. I had one for 10 years, thought I would upgrade and bought the BB-2000. Very disappointed

Not for females!
