this toner works for me and has healthy ingredients. what i REALLY love is that my medical OTC card benefit will pay for it!  That is hard to find on walmart  dot com. i wish i could find more  OTC products that  i can pay with the card. but it's almost impossible to find them. Need a new category here  for that stuff.

I love the Biore Toner. It works so well on my skin. My skin feels so refresh. I hate that it is so had to find now

I never knew what toner even was, until I received a sample in my Ipsy bag one month. I used it all and really liked how it made my skin feel and it cleaned it so well. The full sized bottle was rather expensive so I searched around for a cheaper toner. I found this one and decided to try it. By far the best I've used. It helps with acne all the while fulfilling the benefits of a toner. I use it on my face, the sides of my thighs, and the inside of my thighs. My skin has never been so clear. I also suffer from rosacea and neither toner upset it or dried it out. It actually calmed it. I also don't have to use any moisturizer anymore! Definitely worth a try for those who are skeptical; I am not disappointed!

My face feels clean and fresh with Biore products and this one does not disappoint!
Recommend this witch hazel toner over the other brands.

Biore Witch Hazel works

I have used several toners for my oily skin and this toner is by far the best I have used. It's a little pricey just for an 8oz but it's definitely worth it. Only a little is needed to cleanse one's face so the toner will last a while depending on how frequently it's used.

See and say goodbye to excess dirt

Walmart's vendor Goods Galore is selling fake Biore toner and having Walmart ship/distribute the item. This toner is a clear liquid and I received two bottles of a yellow, cloudy liquid. The manufacturer seal is also missing with the cap taped down by the vendor for shipping. I noticed after my last purchase directly from a Walmart store that they no longer carry this product directly or for shipping. So, I had to use a Walmart Marketplace vendor to order. I thought Walmart vetted these suppliers, but it does not look to be true.

Walmart No Longer Sells and Vendors Selling Fakes

Don't be fooled. This product is salicylic acid with a tiny bit of witch hazel. I shouldn't be labeled as witch hazel at all. Much more harsh on skin than real witch hazel.

Misleading label.

Not sure why my liquid is yellow and cloudy but I've had this product before and it was clear! I don't feel comfortable using this due to it not being sealed!

I didn't the bottle was tampered with. the liquid was not clear but hazy could not see through the bottle. So disappointed so i went bought another one elsewhere.

Fake Biori.

This is not the product that is in the bottle. The bottle came without a seal and the product inside is not Biore Witch Hazel Facial Toner. This product is watery and it smells like alcohol.
