My child has multiple food allergies (egg, dairy, all nuts, soy, sesame, fish) and these are a lifesaver for us! They dont taste exactly like a normal pancake but the consistency/texture is very close. Main difference in taste is its not quite as sweet and has more of a cinnamon (not spicy) taste, I like them, and they give my kid protein which he sometimes lacks!

It's very good, but I adjust the directions significantly. They say equal parts water and mix, but the pancakes very flat and dry when I did that. I put in twice as much mix as water, and they are fluffy and moist. 

Just ordered several packages on line, so I'm covered, but it's SO disappointing that grocery stores don't carry it.

I do 1/4c of this mix, about 1T canola oil, and water to taste (it's quite forgiving on the water) and these come out amazing on a non-stuck. I usually also add some pecans. Amazing breakfast. Without the oil it would stick to the non-stick pan and didn't fill my up.

Great with some oil

Hours after my first Plant Protein Pancake breakfast, was noticebly taken by how much more energy I felt than usual.  Eating pancakes for their protein content is culinary FUN.  Also a recipe of equal parts batter to water could not be easier.  This is guilt free fun food.

Surprised and Empowered Vegan

Best vegan mix out there! I have tried making my own and bought different mixes that require a flax egg or some other ingredient and this mix is by far the easiest and most delicious! I love that it is vegan and has plant protein in it. Amazing product!

Best vegan pancake mix

This mix has a nice flavor on its own, but pairs really well with bananas, blueberries, chocolate chips, you name it! It doesn't have any sort of weird texture and it helps me get some extra protein into my kiddos. We make the whole batch and then save the leftovers, which reheat very nicely, for subsequent breakfasts or lunches. Highly recommend!

Obsessed

I tried the Original Organic, and I love, love, love them… when my family converted to the Vegan lifestyle for a 21 day period, I was amazed when we found the Plant Protein version. They take longer to cook, but every extra moment was worthwhile because my mom absolutely loves these pancakes and she raves about them (and she doesn't even like pancakes). She's always preferred buckwheat pancakes and hasn't seen any mix for years. These pancakes have a multigrain appearance with a “touch of spice” taste. Although the taste was “different” for me-different can still be delicious AND good for you.

The item arrived and the nutritional information now differs. What's pictured on the website is what I currently have left over from the last time I purchased but not what arrived in this latest order. The new packaging is much lower in sodium and the protein is less as well; all around different nutritional value. The site needs updating to reflect this.

Needs update to nutritional info

I am surprised by the review for this product. I wasted an entire bag trying to get it right but it never worked out. I am not new to the kitchen and it did not matter what I did (the recipe line for line, adjusting the package recipe, different pan, different liquids) they always came out raw in the middle. I would suggest saving your money and just making them from scratch.
