Has subtle sweetness with earthy flavor notes.

Can be light and fluffy, but also inconsistent in yield.

This mix makes the most delicious pancakes and waffles ever! When my grands sleep over I know I'd better have a supply for our morning waffles. They love them  and I think these are a little healthier than most packaged mixes. An added plus is you only need to add water and a little oil (for waffles only). Delish!

I'd recommend this mix for anybody w/ food, medical and/or health issues. I LOVE!! the flavor. I Love that its not just some flour, etc.  It is higher prived than regular/ simple.pancake batter

Absolutely delicious! I'm actually surprised how great these are for gluten free! Husband loved them and he has to have GF. I only wish GF bread was this good! I used milk instead of water and they were so fluffy! I did have to add a little more milk after making the first two pancakes because the batter had gotten too thick. I also added a little more cinnamon. Delicious paired with bacon and egg whites!We now have a new weekend staple! Yay! I'm going to purchase a waffle maker and this mix will be the first one I try. I'm thinking these will be good for weeknight “breakfast for dinner lazy pancakes” which means I dump all the batter into a cake pan and bake, then serve like cake slices with butter and syrup. Please keep producing this mix!!!   😊

Finally a gluten free product that is delicious!

Gluten Free and Vegan and so much better tasting and settles better on my stomach than a traditional gluten free mix. It has a veggitably flavor that I like. One drop of monk fruit (no erythritol). I bake microwave protein muffins daily by adding plant based and whey protein powder. Just be creative and you'll find all kinds of flavors to add to this mix for fun. Enjoy!

Best Gluten-free Vegan Baking Mix

I have three little ones. The twins are particularly picky. One loves veggies and fruits, but hates carbs. The other one hates veggies and only likes carbs. Even regular pancakes can be a miss for one of them which means I cook multiple items for bf creating more work for me when we have to rush out. I feel great about the ingredients too. We use a lot of nutritional yeast and hemp seeds to up their nutrition for anybody else with similar problem.

I just started my gluten free journey due to health reasons. I have been looking for better alternatives to be able to enjoy some of the foods I use to enjoy like pancakes. I saw this in Walmart and decided to try it. I made a couple. They were very easy to cook. Of course I had them without syrup because I'm on a healthy journey as well. So I sat down at the table with my pancakes and a cup of coffee and the first bite drew me in. I could taste every bit of the sweet potato and I love it. I just had these plain with no syrup but I did add a little cinnamon sugar to the batter before cooking because I knew I wasn't going to use syrup. These are so good. These will be my only pancakes from now on. I wonder if they make gluten free box cakes and desserts. I will have to do some research. These are a delicacy and so worth the price. I love that it's gluten free and vegan too. That's a bonus.

Tasteful and a healthier choice. Good value for the money. You don't really taste the veggies and just a hint of cinnamon.

Its texture and taste are awful. These are not even close to sweet potato pancakes!  The aftertaste doesn't go away.  The water ratio is way off. Only eat if your in a zombie apocalypse.

The product had a terrible taste. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what but I would be reluctant to buy this flavor again. All my other experiences with this brand have been good and I prefer it to other brands generally.
