Was missing a piece for the bird house, had to call company. The results is that I have a half put together bird house. Did like having to down load instructions to put house together. Lot of little screw and bolts. Hoping it will be worth the trouble. I wouldn't recommend this bird house because of difficulty of putting it together

The design and materails are professional grade.   The assembly requires about 2 hours but the result is worth the eeffort.  I recommend it for the serious birder.

Lots of parts to put together. Time consuming. But great looking when done.

It's really nice. Follow instructions closely, take your time, have the correct tools handy. Also, be sure to have the correct pole for mounting the birdhouse. I'm figuring out how to make it work on my already installed, old telescoping pole.

Nice, but ...

A very good quality product for the price.  Plan to spend several hours putting it together, though!  Much better price at WalMart than Amazon or elsewhere.  Good!
