This is exactly what I needed for my hard floors. I am older and just don’t have the energy to push a mop around and swiffers just didn’t get the job done because this floor is the most used one in the house. Love it!

That's alot of pet hair and fur on my floors and rugs let alone a few hair balls... The strainer itself holds alot of hair, I was amazed how easy it was to clean the machine . The Cross Wave Pet is light weight, I like the size not a huge machine, the power cord is the perfect length. I was surprised on how well it cleaned my rugs, and my hardwood floors have never looked so good! I'm definitely happy with this product and so are my pets!

I bought the #Bissell CrossWave Pet Pro Wet Dry Vac.....and OMG....it has exceeded my expectations! I literally vacuum and mop at the same time and its picking up hair, dirt and who knows what else..it literally gets EVERYTHING...#amazeballs! With kids, 3 dogs and 2 cats we vacuum and mop daily. We normally use a Dyson vacuum and the a Shark steam mop. Not a fast process before....but now my cleaning time has been cut in HALF! Look at these pics...this is my family room (all tile) after one day...and it looked fairly clean....seeing what was picked up today is mind blowing!

It's so easy to use with one pass instead of having to vacuum then mop. This bissell does it all in one. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I really have nothing negative to say about it!

I absolutely love my new CrossWave! It works extremely well as a dry vacuum. The suction is every bit as good as my Oreck vac, which is now in the closet. As for the wet dry vac...it's awesome! Previously I washed my floors (wood & vinyl) with a regular mop or on my hands & knees once to twice a week. I'm very fussy about clean floors & we do not wear our shoes in the house. To my utter shock the dirty water in the reservoir was disgusting! I still don't understand that?! As for cleaning area rugs, if they are a very low pile & larger rugs it works great. The higher pile runner rugs are a little trickier. It's difficult to push the machine on them. It's easier to just throw them in a washing machine. Did I mention how much I love my CrossWave? It has made my life much easier & certainly spares my back and knees!

I love how I don't have to sweep, then vacuum, then mop. I can do it all in one. Vacuum is a little heavy but well worth it. We rescued a dog last year and it is unbelievable how much she sheds. I am also impressed that my hair long hair doesn't get wrapped around the brush.

Unbelievable how dirty a clean floor can be

But it's gets up all the dog hair and other stuff. Well first we have green carpet and my dad is sick with cancer and our dog is completely White so you can imagine what that looked liked snow. My dad said when I got done he felt like he was walking on grass it made it so fluffy like brand new carpet.. he said it was worth the money for it.... So thank you for making something like this...

The BEST thing ever made!!!!!!!!!!

The Multisurface Formula left a fresh scent that was not overpowering and powered through the dust and dirt left from the crews that were in and out constantly. It was also easy to clean. This is the best tool I have found to help me keep my house clean. It vacuums and swifts all at the same time, you gotta love that. Can't wait for the cordless one to come out. It is amazing how much it picks up. My tiles in my house to don't have sooth surfaces, so cleaning them can be fun. the Crosswave does it fairly easy. It even does my area rugs in front of my door ways.

It left clums of dog hair and mud streaks across my hard wood floors within the first 1/2 hour of using it. I had to go over the same areas several times with no avail.
