It's much lighter in weight than my previous shampooer and it goes under the tv cabinet. It is easy to take apart and clean. It came with a slide cleaner which works well in spots hard to rinse out. We have two dogs so it gets those bits of dog hair which get stuck.

With the pet cleaner that came with it and buying the recommended 3 pack it took stains right out of the carpets that were here when we bought the house and hair from our pets... and what appeared the previous owners as well! I've taken it to my moms and done her living room as well. It is super lightweight and easy to carry and the handle compacts right down for easy storage. As with anything, you will need to clean it after you use it. Otherwise it gets stinky quick lol!

Great machine!

I'm allergic to our cat so I keep the door closed to keep her out. I vacuumed the floor 3 times before I started and the shampooer still sucked up a ton of fur and created little balls. I was shocked. I'm very happy with this machine. I purchased the attachment for the tile floor too I just haven't had a chance to use it yet.

I have a thick wool carpet and it clean up really nicely with this small easy to handle Bissel rug cleaner. I also like the launch pad that holds comment parts out to dry. So far very pleased. I hope the parts hold up in time.

Great little cleaner for even big jobs!

I can't imagine how we lived without it with all our other dogs when they were pups. We have also used it for stains when the dogs have eaten something that didn't agree with them.

I bought it with the hard floor attachment. It leaves the floors looking nice but it's annoying that it leaks from the back side. The carpet cleaning works well but not as well as they make it seem on other reviews and Bissell's videos. I think I'll mostly use it for my hard floors.
