Pretty good machine. Bought it as an “open box”, paid $20 to have it delivered to my nearest Walmart. Opened it up, and there were water droplets in the water reservoir…so a used returned/product. Hence the 4 stars more for Walmart shady selling practice and not the product

This is probably the worst option bissell has, unfortunately. I've used several different models over the years and this was the most disappointing. Firstly, don't let the name fool you (I don't know why they still haven't changed it after all these years…) This unit has no heating capability. I used it maybe 3-4 times before the nozzle quit spraying. The tank size is smaller than the cheaper little green and suction is fairly poor. I got mine on sale and it was still 100% a waste of money and they should honestly probably take this one off the market. Pro max pet is probably best bang for your buck. The pro is overpriced, noisy and doesn't perform any better than cheaper units.
