This sweeper is super light, easy to use, and works better than my electric sweeper (shark brand). Only downside, it picks up hair so easily, the brush needs constant cleaning.

easy to use, and don't have to drag out and set up, plug in anything for quick touch up to the rug. picks up scattered cat litter, and not all, but a lot of cat hair (two Siamese girls and a black area rug - what was i thinking?!) love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At my age, I needed something small and something that I could push without a struggle and it was the right size and the right color

The handle is way too short; I am not particularly tall, but there were only 3 sections to the unassembled handle.  In order for it to work for me at all, we pirated handle sections from the old sweeper I had (which I kept by the way).  The new sweeper makes more noise, but seems to pick up okay so far.  Frankly, I liked the old one better!  But the brush on that one was shot so....??

I have owned several of this model. first bought 15 years ago. the rollers have tread on them that wear out over time, so I bought another. I tried to find one like this but only found a newer one of a different design that didn't work as well. glad to find the original. only complaint is with the threads on the handles. the fine thread is too easy to cross-thread. please change to coarse. plastic handle would not snap onto shaft, so I had to use one of the old ones. If I had bought one of these with-out having spares I would have been a bit mad.  please spend a little more on quality control or people will stop buying these. regards.

I really like the Bissell sweepers over the no name brands but the hand grip woukd not screw on. We had to hammer it on and duct tape it. Poor design.

Handle would not connect to pole at all.  Tried to use with NO handle and hard to push and no tool included to pull out the hair that it did collect and stick to the bristles.  Very difficult to push spots to open and dispose of collected stuff and hold over trash without getting dirty.  A real strain to empty!

i bought this because my vacuum wont suck up the dirt on my shag area rugs. they are to big and to heavy to take them outside and shake the dirt/ dry dog food off of. 
we had 1 of these 40 yrs ago when i was a kid and it worked great

Doesn't pick up much due to bristels  I think, they are way too soft. Very hard to manuever and hurts hands. Had high hopes for these being used to pick up hair and dust but doesn't pick up much despite going over multiples times for same area. The handle is also too short and have to bend quite a bit when using.

Easy sweep is a no

Very cheap. Doesn't work at all on carpets. It will pick up some on hard wood but barely and it's a hassle to unload (each side has a separate release under the head which means you have to pick it up, hold the head and press the button while maneuvering over a trash bin.)
