I originally purchased a 56 volt battery-powered mower to replace my aging Black & Decker corded mower, by it would not cut my lawn evenly when the grass was damp.  I returned it for this mower,which only cost 1/3 as much as the battery-powered mower, and it cuts the grass evenly.  I have only used it once, so far.  The linkage from the on/off bar appears to be fragile but everything else is appears to be sturdy.  It is very easy to adjust the height.  Based upon my experience with my previous Black & Decker mower, I expect it to last for years.

My husband had an older model elec mower that he was very happy with, but it was old and finally died....it was a black & decker. This new one seems to be even better...
It pushes easier because of the larger back wheels! It also leaves a nice looking cut.

Perfect mower!

Have a small yard and this is perfect!  Easy to assemble - 10 minutes without any help. Very easy to use.  Plenty of height settings and adjusts with ease.  One handed removal and replacement of bag.  Nice cut.  Even my 85 yo mother is able to use and loving it.

I used the mower to pick up my leaves and was impressed by the suction and how well it worked. I got the type 2 mower and feel the quality of the entire mower is excellent and hope it last me many years.

Works well

Black & Decker 13-Amp 20" Corded Lawn Mower received in good condition through site-to-store. Works great. Is lighter in weight than my previous MM850 mower. I bought a 100 foot 12 gauge cord (Lowes Utilitech) for the 13-Amps needed.

Good Mower

I've used the mower twice, and works better than any gas mower that I've owned. The only thing that I had to change was how I mowed. With gas mower I would start on outside working way to middle. With corded electric mower I have to start on one side working way to other.

Great mower

I have not had this long enough to give a true rating but its initial use has been pleasing. It is light weight and does the job. It was a pleasure to use as opposed to other brands that are heavier and do as good a job. Now I have no idea how long it wiill be before I have trouble with this machine but so far I would say its a good machine.  I also have a small piece of property to mow which   also should be taken into consideration.

When done easy to store in the garage.

Received the mower and was easy to attach the handle and levers. The plastic used on the entire mower seems flimsy, even the tires are thick plastic, not rubber, not sure how low this will hold up.  The first time using the mower went well, not problems. Will hold judgement until I have used it several times. Just surprised with the plastic used for the mower.

ok so far

used two seasons on 20'x20'mostly dollar weed front lawn, cleaned and blew out before storing everytime. suddenly stopped working,took back to home depot,,, 10 days prior the warranty had expired. no dice! so i took it to a repair shop and they said it was SO POORLY made it wasnt worth their time or my money to fix....thats quite a poor verdict for a tool that was perfectly cared for and used so infequently with no load.
