We had a huge tree that was going to mess our roof up and it needed to be removed. This saw made it so much easier to remove. I would love to try other products from this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved into our new house we had these ugly bushes. This tool came in handy when I was having a hard tume removing them. It's a little tough machine, its electric, the blades are grear, and it comes with a branch holder. It sounds very basic but it gdts the job done. We came from the desert where axes were life. This has made me rethink my entire strategy.  Before i forget, its so ergonomic its just geat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As home owners we are finding the need for more and more power tools so when i came across this i knew we needed to have it. It is very light weight and i have even found myself enjoying to use it more then my husband. So far we have used it to cut deck boards and even used it to cut some low hanging limbs off of some trees, the tree attatchment that came with it works perfectly for just that and it holds the brand very still. This is a easy to use product and pretty self explanatory. I like that i can use it for so many things and its as easy as making sure it has a good blade on it and you have a long enough extension cord and your good to go. We do perfer items you have to plug in over battery powered because its just plug and go and there is no losing any juice or power. I cannot wait to see what else we can do with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't have a lot of experience with a reciprocating saw, this was easy to figure out and to use! I had some branches that needed to be cut around my property and this was amazing! I did a smaller branch to begin with and it was no problem at all, so I moved on to the bigger sizes! Still, no problem! I had my doubts because it is electrical and not gas powered, but I may prefer this. It is easy to handle and works perfectly for my little homestead.

I love it was able cut my frame in half easy and it wasn't challenging at all. I also like that it safe to use . When need to stop it will stop when make stop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This reciprocating saw was easy to use. It's lightweight, so I can use it longer without getting tired. It is 7 AMPS of power. I have only used it for branches and smaller logs so far, but it seems powerful enough that it should be able to cut through metal and plastics as well. It came with two attachments and it has a removeable branch holder. The branch holder makes it easy to cut branches to free hands. The attachment with the claw doesn't do that good with thick branches, but it works great for thin branches. The other attachment works great with any size branch and logs. The reciprocating saw has a quick release feature. It makes switching attachments very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Black and Decker 7 Amp Reciprocating Saw with Removeable Branch Holder is easy to use and should hold up really well over time.  This reciprocating saw well not a pro saw/highend saw with the 7 amp motor will work great with most home owners.  The saw's tool free blade change works just fine but it is a little rough to use compared to other saws that I have used in the past.  That is not something that would stop me from buying this saw if I had to get another one in the future.  This saw has a uniqe removeable branch holder that helped me some when I was triming branches.  The only downside of the removeable branch holder is that it does not allow you to get right up against the treee so if you are trying to cut the whole branch off it is not much help.  The branch holder is easy to change between it and the normal shoe which are adjustable as to how far they stick out.
The saw comes with a 6/7ft  medium duty cord which is a good length to have on a corded saw.  The saw is comfortable to hold and use.  Overall I would recommend this saw to your average homeowner as I believe it is a good value when you compare it to the price and features/quality of the product.

Decent Value Priced Saw

The saw is fairly powerful for cutting and versatile. Only downside is the piece to turn for inputting the saw is a bit different than other competitors.
