I am really pleased with the Black and Decker coffeemaker.  It was a reasonable price, looks nice and makes good coffee.  I would for sure recommend it to anyone else.

This coffee maker is the best, especially for the price.  I purchased this in white so that I could see where the water is.  The black coffee makers made it difficult and I often made a mess.  Everything is easy to set, w/o reading the directions! I would recommend this to everyone.

B&D 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker

I was wondering if white was a good choice.  YES! I had a black one but broke the cup.  So this was the replacement and Im happy with it. Works well and lokks great.

Have only had couple weeks. This is not our first Black & Decker coffee pot.  Reasonably priced, easy to use.  When this one goes will probably buy again.snuffy

No more grounds after brewing

I've used this model for the past 4 years.
I make a full pot, almost twice / day.
The previous maker was getting crusty, and the heating
pad was getting old...thats why I bought a new one.

I'm very satisfied with this maker. No bells & whistles.
I find that the more bells & whistles, the likeliness of failure is greater (in a short time)
It's programmable and the heating pad stays on 2 hours after brewing process.
Got my $$$'s worth, many times over.

Dependable

10 cups of water provide 8 cups of coffee whether there is a coffee filter or basket.  After a power outage, the clock clicks off one minute every 10-15 seconds. Unplugging and replugging the unit does not fix the clock from running too fast. Lots of steam is created while brewing the coffee.  Hard when filling the unit to see if the water has hit the 10 cup marking. I had this brand and model for 10 years and thought I was getting the same quality if I ordered it again. Not true and disappointed.

I bought this because it was basically the same price as replacing a broken carafe for another (well working) machine. BUT, the clock/time didn't work from the first attempt. Somehow the clock runs in double speed, so the timer and clock are worthless. The brewing takes FOREVER, which is doubly insulting that you can't put it on the timer. The machine itself is obviously cheap and flimsy. Would not recommend. Don't be cheap like I was and suffer for it. Haha

You get what you pay for. And this was cheap.

This coffee pot did not last one week. I got up one morning and found a half-full decanter. I thought the electric had gone out. But the light on the clock was still lit, but I couldn't turn the machine on or off. The hot plate did not get warm and the machine did not work at all. Terrible product.

This coffee pot is junk.

I've had this for about 4 months and the clock quit keeping time. the whole reason for choosing this model was to program it and now I can't use that feature. if you do t need that feature it works great.

Coffee brews but clock stopped working.

Clock does not keep proper time and speeds up throughout the day therefore making it impossible to program the coffee maker to brew at a set time.  The coffee maker is very slow to brew.
