I have this item for almost 6 years now and it has been working flawless. I use it for my DIY projects. its very portable and easy to use once u get used to it. I got it on sale and for that price this thing is amazing. This is the item that gave me to trust this brand honestly.

This jigsaw is simple to operate and has plenty of power for basic home and DIY projects. It feels comfortable in the hand, cuts smoothly, and the wire guard makes it easier to follow the cutting line. Changing blades is quick, and the dust blower helps keep the work area visible. For the price, it is a reliable and practical tool that does exactly what I need without being complicated. The 4.5-amp motor, 3,000 SPM speed, tilting base, and quick blade-change feature make it a solid choice for occasional projects.

Great value and easy to use

I purchased for a specific task and it worked perfectly.  A week later another unforeseen problem came up and it was a perfect tool for the job!   It was easy to handle and worked perfectly.

Exactly what I needed

I purchased the older version of this saw first because I didn't think this one would pivot to cut at a 45 degree angle, but then I got home and realized that this model would in fact do that and the overall form factor was better too. I also purchased the scroll saw blade because I had to make 30 cutouts for a project. There were lots of curves and a bunch of inside corners. It took me about 5 to 8 cutouts before I kicked off the rust because it has been a long time since I had used a jigsaw. Once I got over that hump, this saw did a great job. I'm really happy with the purchase. Easy to see and guide the blade while you are cutting, feels good in your hands, lots of control over the cut. Not sure what else you could ask for from a jigsaw.

I bought this to replace a B&D jigsaw I'd had for over 35 years. This one is far superior to the old one. It runs well and cuts a true path. Thanks for a wonderful tool.

Bought this a month ago and it has served me well!

Good value

I bought this jig saw to replace my former Black and Decker jig saw that I have had for more than 35  years.  I like the way that the blades attach to this jig saw no screw to have to tighten like on the old saw. This saw is heavier duty than my old saw so it should last me as long as I could ever need it.

Bought to replace a hand-me-down jigsaw that I had for years, but is very slow (3 mins for a 1x4), even with a new blade. As with all jigsaws, even pressure is key to a square cut. Would return if I could.
