The Black Ice SNO-1508 Snowmobile Lift is designed to raise snowmobiles to a comfortable working height for maintenance, inspection, and storage tasks. Built from steel tubing, this heavy-duty manual snowmobile lift provides stable support for sleds while allowing controlled lifting using a hand-crank mechanism. 

With a max lift height of up to 25 inches, the SNO-1508 makes it easier to access suspension parts, tracks, skis, carbides, and engine for change, big or small repair, adjustment, or clean-up. The lift supports snowmobiles weighing up to 700 lbs., accommodating most full-size sleds commonly used for snow trail riding and transport. 

The operation is manual and straightforward. The lift uses a hand crank with an included 22 mm socket to raise and lower the snowmobile without requiring electricity, air pressure, or hydraulic systems. Rubber-coated lift points help reduce direct contact with the snowmobile frame, supporting secure positioning during use. 

The wide steel base provides stability while lifting, helping reduce equipment movement during maintenance work. When not in use, the lift folds down to a slim profile of approximately 6-3/8 inches tall, making it easy to store in a home garage, shed, or trailer. The compact and portable folded size also supports transport to riding locations or storage facilities. 

This snowmobile lift is commonly used for routine maintenance, cleaning, track inspection, suspension work, and offseason storage. Keeping the sled elevated can help reduce wear during storage and improve access for service tasks. An optional wheel kit (sold separately) can be added to convert the lift into a mobile unit for easier positioning.

Wheels and system could be improved for better performance.

Takes about 15 minutes and is relatively straightforward.

It came with a broken jack. I called and they shipped another one our right away. This stand works well on short track sleds (121" or so) but I would not recommend for longer tracks like 137" and above.

Love it arrived in one day. Knob on crank handle was broken when I opened the box. Lifted two different sleds to take shocks off sleds were stable and easy to work on.

Snowmobile lift

I own other lifts more expensive and wanted to give this one a try. Great purchase and works just as well as my other more expensive lifts. Fits all my sleds by adding a wood block to back pegs my 2016 Skidoo Summit 154" fits just fine.

Black Ice lift great ramp and value

So happy I purchased this lift. Once the lift points are adjusted, it lifts my 2008 Summit 163 with no problem. I also purchased the wheel kit. They do not roll easily, but that makes it nice when working on your sled and it does not try to roll away from you. From my experience, you won't be disappointed purchasing this!

Great sled lift!

This one is my replacement the first one the jack let loose after 3/5 uses. It works great I got the wheel kit also. they just need to put the jack grease fitting in a better location and use a better quality grease fitting this one broke after greasing it once. The company had replaced the jack without question and was very responsive when I emailed them with my problem. 5stars to the company and 4 stars to the product. Thanks guys for the support. The lift works well. The hardware packet seemed to be for another product. Some size bolts were not needed at all. Pack was short one bolt that I did need. Also, the grease zerk on the jack was broken on arrival. Once I fixed these items the unit worked great.

While this is very handy to be able to get under a snowmobile to do repairs and such, a part broke on it the first time he used it - the company replaced it free of charge and said it has never happened but be cautious - it's a heavy snowmobile on a metal frame. Other than that overall very happy to have it.

I realize that this lift is on the bottom of the price scale, but the fit and finish is poor. In order for me to assemble this i needed to use a tread chaser and bend thing to make washers fit wear they need to be. I have 2 sleds and was planning on using it as a storage rack. I will not buy a second one.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came in a box that looked like itwas opened previously and retapped poorly. The lift was all scratched up and missing plastic end pieces. Manufacturing sticker was poorly adhered and crooked. Just looked like a previously returned lift that was thrown back in a box, retapped and sent out.

Not this lift

I have a 2016 ZR 7000 & ZR 5000 and these lifts do not support them well. I moved the lifts to several different positions and never got a good fit. Only a small portion of would be in contact with sled. i.e if front support arm would be in contact, the rear wouldn't. The sleds would be unsable and rock around with very little movement. With the weight of a 4 stroke, it pushes the entire stand to the ground which makes in almost impossible to roll around. If you have a older sled like one in picture it's great but don't buy if you have a newer style sled.
