i bought this right on sept 1st (i know it was released before that) and hooked it up and it was just stunning!!
Didn't buy any games but played some Blu-Rays and the picture and sound was incredible as far as overheating not at all, i mean it gets hot but that's normal. Definitely would recommend for anyone who's thinking of getting one of these and 120GB!!WOW!

The graphics are way better then X box 360! Online game playing is free unlike X box 360 where you have to pay to play every month! And just like any Microsoft computer the X box can get hacked! The system failure rate is also higher for the X box 360! The PlayStation 3 is well worth the money! It's awesome!!!! The costumer service is better with PlayStation! PlayStation 3 is just an all around better buy then X box 360! PlayStation 3 also has built-in WiFi unlike the X box 360 where you have to buy the add on to get WiFi! The controllers for the PlayStation 3 are not as big as a brick like the X box 360 controllers! On the X box 360 in order to use a microphone you have to plug it in to the controller unlike the the PlayStation 3 where everything is wireless with blue-tooth built-in! It also has built-in blue-ray unlike the X box 360! I own a PlayStation 3 Slim and I LOVE IT!!! I do not at all regret buying it!!!! I also have one of the big PlayStation 3 and I Love Them Both!!!

BETTER THEN XBOX 360!!!!

This is so much better than the old PS3's! I already can tell I'm going to have a lot of fun with this thing. Unlike some people, I like the new look. Really simple set-up. Bought Call of Duty 4 also and I was online having a blast in minutes after unboxing my new PS3! I've been waiting to get a new generation console since 2005. I decided to go with the PS3 because the free online service made it seem like a good investment and most of my friends have XBOX 360's anyways and I wanted to try something different. 100% satisfied with my choice! =]

Great Buy! PS3 Slim is an ultimate win!

I purchased the entertainment bundle and I am definitely happy ! The unit is easy to use and took no time at all to hook up to my LCD HD TV. What great graphics and the BluRay movie is unreal ! I initially only hooked up my HDMI cord and got nothing until I read more and found I had to use the regular patch cords to start out and then the unit recognized the HDMI. It also automatically found my wireless network and I was online immediately.Get one of these if you are looking for more than just a gaming system.

I recently purchased the new PS3 Slim, and I must say that it is incredible. The quality you get for the price is just fantastic. Sony is really a good hardware company.

Sure it doesn't have backwards compatibility, but seriously the PS2 is the best selling console of all time. If you really wanted to play your PS2 games you can still purchase another console or play on the one you have like I do.

Also they did remove the OS feature but I guarantee you 95% of all PS3 owners did not even understand what it did. So again, quit crying about it.

But complaints aside, the games are great. The console doesn't sound like a broken air conditioner when you turn it on. It is quite cool. Does a good job for a slimline.

I would recommend this product for anyone who loves video games. PS3 Slim is a good addition to my next generation consoles!

Best console out there!

The good thing is, the system seems to work great.  This is a minor gripe, but the systems are not really specified as to which region it's from. This is a minor issue as in some regions, the X and O button functions are reversed and there's no way to change the settings.

I reached out to the seller multiple times and still have zero responses. So, just be aware when buying.

4 stars for the system and controller. Minor wear and tear, but runs a little hot.

1 star for the seller. They are terrible if you try to get a hold of them, and aren't clear in the item description.

Over score is 3 stars. Better to find a reputable seller and know what you're getting.

The system works…..buuuut

I was lucky that I planned from the start to change the HDD of the console cause the one it came with was death, plus the console had an unbelievable amount of dust inside and out side was able to clean the hard drive hole and the usb but who knows how much more the is inside😡, if u sell something at least clean it properly, and the Hdmi was in a disgusting state had to buy a new one.
