The griddle arrived in perfect shape by FedEx and fast. Quick and simple assembly instructions were perfect. I griddle foods 3-5 times per week and all foods are delicious. Don’t think I’ll ever grill again. 
Looking into purchasing another for my lake house this spring. A great value for the price.

Just got my blackstone, I’m loving it. Unboxing and setup was very easy and simple with the manual. Super excited to start using it.

The smash burgers 🍔 we just cooked on our new blackstone where some of the best burgers ever had in my life love how much flavor comes out of the griddle top and the crunch and crisp is unmatched 1000 out 10 would make this purchase again so happy purchased it for grilling outside this summer

Nice griddle, very large stickers difficult to remove.  Poor paint preparation on side shelves.  Stickers remove paint and show rust under paint.

Large advertising stickers ruin a great griddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it in and attempted to put it together today. Found the hood dented in 2 places upon taking it out of the box. There were NO DIRECTIONS in the box either. I’m very disappointed. Going to contact Walmart.
