This product was more than I expected!! Cooked on it twice now since I recently got it.  It arrived a day earlier than expected. OPENED UP THE BOX AND WENT TO WORK ON ASSEMBLY WAS SO SIMPLE IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUETS. Heated it up and seasoned the grill just like directions said. Presto! works great!! Cannot wait till camping season when I can cook on this baby for 13 grandchildren. Just what I needed no long waits for breakfasts!! If your looking for a grill let me turn you on to this one you will not be disappointed!!

I've been eyeing this for quite some time for my hubby. Finally bought for his birthday and he was super excited. In a short time he's really getting a hang of the hot and cold zones and using the long spatulas to make really great meals in a short time. My only complaint is not really product related, but they shipped the box with pictures all over it! Needless to say the birthday finale surprise was ruined weeks before his actual birthday because the delivery gave it away. But the plus side is his birthday still hasn't come and we've really been enjoying the griddle. Just wish the box had product name only, not pictures

Handy

Love this griddle. Easy to use, cooks more evenly than a gas grill. Costs less than a gas grill. Should last longer than a gas grill since the grease & sauce doesn’t end up on the burners causing them to rust, clog,or erode.
Extremely easy to clean & take care of, just like a cast iron skillet only bigger. Planning to buy the portable one for our camper.

Easy care

I have always loved a griddle but doing it outdoors has made it even more fun.  I have seriously cooked on it everyday for the last three weeks.
It works great if you just treat it like a cast iron griddle.  No soap, and season it right the first time and it is awesome.
I had an issue with my pressure regulator so i called customer service.  They were very polite and helpful.  Turned out i was just turning on the bottle too quickly so i didn't need anything but they said if that didn't work they would send replacement parts right away. 
 If you dont have good wind protection i suggest the wind guards they made all the difference.   Also some kind of cover is important.   We dont get much rain but if you clean it and oil it property between use it still needs a cover to keep it from collecting dust, rust and in our case cat hairs.
All the covers were out of stock so i had to make my own.

Well made, built in USA product!

I've had my Blackstone now for a month and it has definitely changed our lives for the better.  Clean up is easy!  We've used it for bacon, pancakes, eggs, sausage, fried rice, fajitas, smash burgers, and vegetables. I definitely recommend the hard top cover!

Life Changer

I was excited to get this and start using it! Very easy to assemble. I followed the directions on seasoning with oil but after only 3 uses I had huge rust spots on the cooking surface that were flaking everywhere. I cleaned the top and tried reseasoning so we shall see how that goes.

Easy assembly but rusted after a few uses

My daughter and son in law wanted this griddle for their anniversary, so I checked out the various suppliers who ranged in price by 15 to 20%. The one thing that bothered me is most of the advertisement pics showed a Blackstone cover with the griddle and turned out to be separate item that they purchased after the fact. Little things like this leave a bad taste for future purchases.

No Cover Included

I love this grill in principle but am finding that the corners are rusting, which I believe is a result of them not heating up sufficiently to maintain and improve the seasoning.  I live in a very humid climate (North Carolina) and the cover is not enough protection.  I'm just hoping I can keep the rust limited to the very edges...

Like the griddle grill but not rusty corners

The fact that this griddle can be bought from several other locations for HALF of this price is ridiculous. Do not buy from this website, whatever you do. Our griddle showed up with raised bolts and damaged packaging. The bolts do not allow for oil to spread evenly. When scraping the griddle clean, the spatula catches on the bolts, stripping seasoning off each time. This was a very frustrating purchase for a very frustrating price.
