Item was well made and works great making smash burgers!

Great addition to ny Blackstone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blackstone Press & Sear Burger Kit gives you all the tools you need to make delicious, thick and juicy burgers on your own backyard grill. You can sear, season and flip with these heavy duty tools that are easy to use and clean. I enjoyed the weight and quality of each tool. Burgers came out thick and restaurant quality.

Gourmet burgers in your backyard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blackstone Hamburger Toolkit is an amazing burger set made with heavy gauge stainless steel. Solid heavy hamburger press, super heavy duty spatula with a wide flip surface and a spice dredge so you can mix your magic spices. Amazing quality, well made.

NICE !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The press works best using a 1/4 pound of beef, Ground turkey or ground chicken, once pressed it makes an ideal size and shape burger. The press itself is heavy with a design center and border to give you an idea of what size the burger will be. It came with spice rub container and a spatula as well. The spatula is weighed and wide making flipping burgers on your grill easy, it also has 3 openings to allow grease to drain when picking up the burger. The spice container allows for easy shaking of your favorite spices , a sturdy handle and a plastic lid to quickly close it once finished using to prevent spilling . This is diverse enough to use for both indoor cooking or out door grilling. If using in doors the spatula is too wide for my liking but the press and seasoning container is useful.

Quality product

excellent kit for making smash burgers. ball the patties up, spray oil on the griddle and press them flat. use parchment paper between the patty and the press so your patty can't come apart. season and go. excellent spatula too, the giant spatulas that come with the pro kit arent very wide and tend to butcher the burgers. this one is also good for flipping quesadillas, etc. probably too much flipping motion to do some clean pancakes but definitely good for burgers and some loaded quesadillas

awesome burger kit

The spatula is really wide, you can flip two burgers at once. Still it would be nice if the handle was a few inches longer. I took the shaker and filled it with garlic powder, salt and pepper then sprinkled on the burgers, tastes good and it's economical. I gave 4 stars because you have to be VERY careful using the press. I had a dummy attack. I put the press on my burger, closed the lid, cooked for a while then opened to flip burger. Guess what I did??? Yep. I grabbed the press instinctively and burned my hand. That's my own fault, but the press handle isn't heat resistant at all, so keep lid open or use a grilling glove when using it.

Burger grilling essentials

Wanted to love kit but I'm really disappointed. The handle on the burger press broke completely off before it was even used. The spatula and dredge seem good but the press is a no go. Poor welds on the handle, it's useless.

Poor Quality Burger Press

The press broke on the first use and I wasn?t even pressing hard. The ?welds? were barely there. I threw away the packaging so I couldn?t return it. Blackstone customer support has not responded to my support ticket and it has been 10 days. Would not recommend at this point.

Press broke first use!
