Blackstone

Bought this because it is required for built in to a cabinet. Product seems to be good quality and not difficult to install. Was a little surprised to have to assemble it but it was not difficult.  Does not look built in big gaps on the sides and  the front “stand” is exposed see pictures. I understand that it is required to avoid fire just thought it could not look like it is sitting on a shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is pretty, stainless steel fits together very well. Overall it looks good, but there is way too much wasted space on the side and rear of the jacket. Therefore, it looks sloppy. 

However, the product doesn't fit the Blqcketone 36” drop in griddle. The gas cutout is on the bottom of the jacket, but the griddle has a left side gas nipple. You would have to cut out hole to connect your fuel source. Also, there is not enough room in the rear to attach your grease cup. 

This is simply a bad design.
