I got the box in four days which is excellent. I was worried about shipping damage but the packaging is done very well. I thought it would take a few hours to build but I completely assembled in 30 min. Unless you are young and very strong, I suggest you have someone help you. 
Seasoning took some time but was simple. My first cook was great. Strange to say but I think the food tastes better than cooking inside. And it really is cool cooking with this much space. Griddle is very well built. I really love this thing. 
One thing is you really need to take care of it and clean it after every cook. This is a must have.

Over all a very sturdy grill, seasons very well. I do wish that the handle for moving the grill was on the other side of the grill. Its very heavy and when you try to move it using the handle the gas tank gets in the way. It would also be of huge benefit if a grill cover was provided.

I have been wanting one of these grills for a long time and finally made the plunge and purchased one. This grill is absolutely incredible in every aspect! My favorite part is that there are no flare ups and you can cook massive amounts of food with four different temperature zones. Breakfast on this thing is way too fun. Blackstone 36" Griddle

Originally had bought 28" griddle but returned with no problem and ordered 36" online. Cannot wait to use on christmas! Put together with 2 people. Easy to put together but flattop portion very heavy. Very heavy altogether in the box, so wouldn't recommend taking it out by self. Looks very nice and professional.
Thought would be very easy and convenient to use, as I haven't seen a portable flattop griddle before.Picture online for this one didn't show a tank holder for the side..... But it does come with one which is a bonus.

I wish I would have known about this along time ago..The possibilities are endless..hamburgers,steaks, eggs,bacon pancakes and on and on..The only improvement that could be made is to the grease drain.You can check on you tube for some answers to this..Overall a 10 !!!  Assembly was a snap also.Frame unfolds,put in the tray,a few screws and your done..

OUTSTANDING

So fun and easy to cook on this griddle. I barely use my stove top or grill anymore! Smash burgers are now a regular on the menu. Used to have to do those either in a skillet indoors (what a mess) or on a stainless flat top added to the grill (that works but a real pain to clean up). Veggies, pancakes, seared salmon, you name it...this flat top gets it done.

Why did I wait so long to buy one of these???

Assembly was easy, had one problem with a knob and I contacted them with a phone call and they had the new one to me within 7 days. I have used it three times so far and it is great for everything from breakfast to a late night snack. Make sure you season it like it says before use and I bet you will love it to.

Great Product to Have

I purchased this for my husbands early Fathers Day present. Firstly, shipping was super fast! It was here within a week. 
My husband LOVES it! We have used it for the last 2 weeks. We have a large family and it definitely cuts down on time spent cooking food. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a griddle grill!

Makes cooking for a large family a breeze!

I would of put a 5 star rating because we love the product, but 4 will have to do this time due to the fact it was missing the igniter in the box and we have to manually light the burners.... no big deal nothing to loose sleep over, however putting a second set of eyes on the products contents before it goes out the door is key to achieve a top rating.

36” Blackstone

Enjoyed cooking on it for the first time . A bit of getting use to but with time that will change. However the grease cup that was shipped with the 36" griddle was too small. I believe it was meant for a smaller griddle. The clip is 1\4" too short. The other issue is that we haven't been able to get through by phone or the web to register our griddle. I would appreciate some feedback on this matter as it has been a couple of weeks now. Thanks , Alan in Alabama.

The legs on the griddle are poorly made and are extremely wobbly. Wish we would have gotten a different griddle.
