I haven’t cooked on it yet, but I did set it up and seasoned it and it looks beautiful! The surface is so ready to be cooked on! I sounded the surface with 120 to smooth it out a little bit more before I started seasoning. Directions do not tell you to do this, but I thought it was worthwhile sanding down with 120 grit sandpaper to smooth surface a little bit more smooth.  Make sure you clean the surface with lightly soapy water preferably Dawn and then with clean water after you sand and then start your seasoning!. I use Crisco in the jar to do the seasoning part it worked perfectly!

We have always had a grill and I was never able to start and cook on it well.  When my son got a Blackstone and raved about it I knew I had to get on myself and I love itt

I received the grill as a gift from my daughter and grandchildren. I have never brought/used a gas grill prior to this one. I absolutely love this grill!!! No dirty charcoal. There is no grate for your food to slip through. No waiting for the charcoal to cool so I can dispose of it. I have since purchased accessories and cleaning kit so I can keep my grill looking good. Great Grilling

Amazing Grill! I absolutely love mine! Very versatile as I am learning you can cook pretty much anything on these grills! Great look, very handy design and works like a dream! This is my first one and definitely won’t be my last as I’m told I’ll probably sell it only to upgrade to a new one before I’d have to go buy one due to it not working because these are built to last!

Love my blackstone but some of the screws needed to set it up were so tight they stripped. Missing the hooks as well

Missing both part 13 shelf bracket L.  Everything went together well but both the left side shelf brackets are missing.  Only found the two right side shelf brackets in the box with the grease cup.   I can't attach either of the shelves on the side.  I will have to call tomorrow as the office is closed.  Other than that it went together easy and seams to be built well.

We have had it for 8 months, used it maybe 4 times when we first purchased it, it has been in a covered porch with a Blackstone cover, went to use it today and the griddle is completely unusable. The black paint on the griddle itself is all rusted and flaking off.
