I like the look of this. It doesn't look cheap. It was pretty expensive for a plastic watering can but I was banking on, “you get what you pay for.” Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The pros: It looks nice. The appearance is much nicer than most plastic waterers. It holds a lot. I have several potted plants on my front porch and I generally only have to refill this once in order to get them all. The watering tip is removable. That's nice for something like my large aloe, where you're not supposed to water the leaves and I want to direct water right to the soil. The cons: It's expensive. If none of the other cons were an issue, I'd say it's worth the price, but sadly that's not the case. The handle is uncomfortable. The underside of the handle is rough and cuts into your fingers when you're watering. 2.5 gallons of water is HEAVY. This mandates a comfortable handle, not a rough, jagged handle. The watering tip is removable but the threads are cheaply done. I don't expect the watering head to stay on forever. It's wobbly and kind of loose when screwed down all the way and it doesn't screw on tight. It screws on like something will do when the threads are stripped. Also, the watering head is deceiving. I've used many watering cans with heads like this and they typically pour out in a nice, gentle sprinkle. That's key for watering seeds you are trying to sprout or baby seedlings. This head has holes that are much too large and the water will uproot small plants and dislodge seeds.

Pretty but not practical

The handle is sharp.  A plastic watering can that holds 2.5 gallons of water should not have a handle that  cuts into your hand.  Wear thick gloves if you use this product. The spout comes disattached and has to be screwed into the base.  The spout did not screw in tightly.   I don't think the spout will stay attached for very long.  Walmart usually sponsors or sells good products, but this watering can is not a good pick.

Disappointed -  Sharp Handle.  Loose Spout

This watering can is a beauty, from its festive, shiny mustard color to the incredible quality, you will be glad you decided on this to buy. Its strong and durable and has already survived my grandkids handling it roughly. It holds enough water to drench my many outdoor porch plants and here in the south, the plants need a good soaking once a week. Im extremely happy I decided on this watering can over less expensive ones bc I can see this one lasting my lifetime and then some.

What an unexpected beauty of a watering can!

This Bloem watering can is AWESOME (I nicknamed it "Lil' fat boy"....because the can looks like a little fat kid)! Nice and thick plastic, but still very lightweight (I was impressed with how durable the plastic is). The sprinkler head is removable, and it screws on for security (the sprinkler head is "tapped" and actually screws on secure). The only thing I would change is how large the sprinkler holes are (I would have made them smaller), but having larger holes allows the sprinkler head not to clog when particles are introduced in the can. It also has a top and rear handle for holding the can steady when totally full of water. The "Earthy Yellow" color, is eye popping, and I am very happy with the purchase of this watering can.

Bloem's, 2 Gallon Watering Can is awesome!

I love this watering can mostly because of its color. It matches my gardening aesthetics. It's sturdy and as pictured on the site. My only critic is the top handle can be a little sharp because it has open edges and i thought of sewing a handle cover for it. Arrived in good condition and overall, it serves it purpose helping me care for my flowering garden.

I dint have this 10 minutes and i cut my hand on the handle, the edges under handle are not smooth they are jagged and sharp also the spout is to low in compairson where the fill line is on water can, so as you fill can water runs out the spout, you are ONLY able to fill 3/4 full.. This is junk

Junk dont buy

Really did not think it worth  the money. The shower head fell off and the threads are so loose it will not stay on. The top where you fill the jug is too large. If you tilt it too far it spills out the top getting your leg wet. Just overall a poor product and design.

I would not buy it again.

Terrible design. the under part of the handle is bit rounded therefore hurts while carrying it. The watering tip does not stay on.  And water pools in the tip then runs out after tilting can back up.

Bad design

This watering can is the perfect size for me. I needed something that was durable, could hold a lot of water, and something I could carry long distances. This was the perfect purchase! I love the color also!  The cheap ones I have purchased in the past either leaked or were difficult to fill with water due to the small opening in the top of container. This was a wonderful purchase! No regrets!

Sturdy watering can

i wanted to love this watering can. unfortunately the top handle design is poor and cuts into your hand. in order to use it you must add pipe insulation.

others have noted they've had to add Teflon tape to the nozzle because of leaks there.

additionally, the one i got leaked at the seam. for a watering can this expensive it should be perfect.

stick to the cheap ones. I've never had a $5 can that leaked and they last forever.
