Its just meh/okay. Would have been nice HAD L'Oreal included more comprehensive instructions in English. Glad I'm fluent in French; or I could have melted my hair off. 

Product doesn't have a harsh chemical odor. And it DOES lighten hair. However; if you're a brunette or have dyed your hair a wild/dark color...you WILL need 2 applications just for minimal lift.
