perfect pan

This is a beautiful pan. It is nice and deep, while not being too large and consequently difficult to lift. And it is non-stick; washes out quickly and easily. It also has a nice glass cover. Food cooks uniformly and is consequently more delicious. As well, makes cooking much easier.

A POT FOR ALL SEASONS!

Excellent pan

I was hesitant at first because it is pricey but turns out as expected it is indeed worth it and it made cooking very enjoyable. I hope it wan’t just for these first few uses. So far I am satisfied

Amazing!!!

I got these pots and pans because they're ceramic, non stick, free of pfas, durable and can go in the dishwasher and I love them. They are amazing. They cook evenly, are scratch resistant and ALWAYS non stick. I won't buy anything else now.

LOVE these pots and pans!

Love the pan - lid excellent.  Packing sketchy when it arrived the handle of the fry pan was hanging out.  Pan wasn’t damaged so all is good.

Excellent frying pan

Great pan and no stick. Took 1 star off because the lid and pan front handles are no where near as good (ie: beefy & comfortable) as our previous Lagostina pan, however this blue diamond doesn’t have PTFE’s in it! We have a couple more of these blue diamond pans and they seem very durable. If someone has issues with them they are very likely overheating the pan.

Great no stick, non toxic pan!

This is a very versatile deep sauté pan. Goes on the stove top, oven and dishwasher, and did I mention it looks good and very well built.

As good as advertised

The metal material is thin.  A warning came with the pan not to go beyond medium heat or the pan will warp or adding water while the pan is hot, this too will warp the pan.

Will warp if you don't follow cooking instructions
