Have only used a few times so far. Decided to spend a little more this time to replace an older similar griddle. It was non-stick but this one is ceramic without all the yicky chemicals. It has nice heat distribution, the finish is lovely and everything practically slides off the pan - have to be careful haha. Very happy so far, hopefuily in a year I still have this vibe about it. I'd say try it. I think it will be worth its cost.

This is a true nonstick griddle that doesn't end up all scratched up with everything sticking to it. My wife worked as a cook for over 30 years and she says that these are the best pans that she's ever used.

Bought this for my daughter .  She wanted a new one and only asked for a cheaper one  . But it was for her Birthday and she makes French toast with it so invested in a better one ♥️

Purchased to replace my old griddle
I had for several years.    Was a bit skeptical about the quality as it was much lighter than my.old.one but after using it I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the purchase.     Would.recommend for.anyone on.the fence about replacing.their old fav or for.someone looking to make a new purchase.   The pan.is.very sturdy despite the weight.    Cleans up.like.very well.   No.issues with surface scratches

Had to replace my expensive Calphalon griddle pan that did not last. Bought this one %26 love it. Makes pancakes %26 grilled sandwiches perfectly %26 no sticking. Cleans like a breeze. I will by other pans in this line as my old ones give out. Great pan. Great price.

followed use directions.  Warmed griddle on low-medium heat.  Cooked pancakes in it
on glass top stove  -   cooked evenly, no grease (butter, spam, etc) needed - no sticking

Works great for us....Important >>>   DO NOT use on high heat, pan will warp. And be careful with with metal utensils, they will scratch coating. Otherwise happy with this, we have two.

Nice Pan - Works great

It cooked pancakes very well, but the hotter it got the worse it was to warp. 
After cooking, I returned it to the sink to cool it off and wash, and when I was laying it upside down to dry, I noticed that the heat warped the previously flat surface on the bottom to a slanted one sit flush against the electric oven

This item was a complete waste of money. At first, I was thrilled with it, as it seemed like it was solidly made with no toxic chemicals, and the nonstick surface was great. Then, I learned that it's not real ceramic, and while it doesn't contain PFOS, it does have other potentially toxic chemicals. That would have been OK, but after about a dozen uses, the nonstick less and less effective till it stopped working altogether. This was despite only handwashing with dish soap and sponge.

It's not what I expected. Everything sticks terribly.

I only used it twice for tortillas, and this is how it looks.

I do not recommend it.
