Great buy

My husband gave me my first blue diamond pan for our anniversary and at first I was like oh you got me a pan....lol
but then when I used it I was so impressed with it, I told him I wanted more. 
after reading the instructions on it "yes they do have them " 
It would last longer not putting it in the dishwasher, or cooking with a little butter but not olive oil cause olive oil isn't good for the pan.
So we don't put ours in the dishwasher, and we do use a little butter on eggs but went we cook meat we don't use anything, the meat get that nice brown to it and when it comes to washing the pan we put a drop of soap in the pan with a little water and take a paper towel and it wipe out every time, and if you get something that's stuck on "or I should say" if you think it's going to be stuck  - I put a little water in it and let it sit then a minute I take a paper towel and wipe and it come out every time 
If I could give this more then 5 stars I would

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never heard about Blue Diamond cookware. I tend to steer away from coated pans but the price was great so thought I would try it
Well we cook sausage patties for large family and was please in the size, it cooked 12 patties, but real winner was how well it cooked pancakes 
Can't wait to use it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Blue Diamond 12 inch frying pan for my mom this month because our food been sticking really bad with other frying pan when we use this one to cook with nothing stuck at all on the frying pan it's on the best frying pans I ever used definitely would be buying another one again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this pan for a month and I'm in love. This pan truly has no stick. I use it daily to cook meals and prefer it over all my other skillets. It's large enough to fit most anything and it heats up evenly so that the food in the middle doesn't cook faster then the rest. My only negative is that I don't use metal utensils in it but somehow there's already a chipped piece after only a month. Also the bottom has burn marks that don't come off.

It doesn't stick but....

The nonstick surface is great. In the past I purchased 2 pans without lids and I love them. Decided to get the set as a gift and I am not happy with this set. The handles on lids and most of the pots and pans get extremely hot if cooking at a higher temperature. Only the long handled pans are okay. I would have returned the item, however the packaging was discarded. My family still uses the items with protective mitts and say they like the nonstick surface and the color. I, on the other hand, am disappointed for the discomfort.

Be careful!

There is NO WAY that ANYONE can claim use of these for ANY length of time and not burn their hand. In fact, I would confidently claim that anyone that doesn't mention it is probably a bot.
Upon inspection, the pan set appears to be well made. However, first time using the skillet, I burned my hand on the handle and nearly spilled bacon grease all over my legs and feet. Our old pans NEVER had hot handles, EVER!
I tried another pan, the small skillet, to make an omelet; same issue.
So we tried a third pan, the small pot, and made grits. Handle wasn't as much of an issue because it was further from the heat source. The heat transfer into the pan however never seemed to bring the water to boil.
Our deduction is that these are not good for use, at least with a gas flame heat source. In fact, I would claim that they are dangerous. ALL handles should have a burn warning and a protective sleeve, ideally a permanent protective sleeve.
I wouldn't recommend these pans to anyone until the issue is fixed.
So the deduction is that these are not good pans for anything but to smash together to scare or annoy bears from your campsite.

Worst nonstick cookware I've ever owned. Even adding oil to the pan doesn't stop everything from sticking

Worst cookware I've ever owned

I purchased on Dec. 5th, 2018 and have scratches on the cooking surface on Feb 18th, 2019. I called the company and was told that they only honor a 60 day warranty. I cannot justify spending $97.00 every 70 days. I do not use metal utensils nor do I own a dishwasher. This is the company flaw.

Blue Diamond only 60 day warranty.
