Does the job well. Could have used rubber instead of hard plastic so the part that touches the motor does not scuff the paint.

Transom saver

It's weak and not sturdy. It's not worth the money.

Poor quality

I purchased this and transported my boat 3 times and the black plastic piece that the motor rests on fell off.  I called Blue dog Marine multiple times and they gave me a email address to send the details of what the issue was. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have tried calling the customer service # and now can't get ahold of anybody.   Terrible customer service! The transom saver is useless without the plastic supports that the motor rests on.  Don't waste your money.  Spend a little extra and get a better quality transom saver than this one.
