The polyethylene shield protects the front of the towed vehicle from road debris and dirt. This polyethylene construction is flexible, which allows for a more aerodynamic towing experience. It extends beyond the KarGard frame on the sides and flexes during turns for improved coverage and greater aerodynamic capability. And it returns to its original shape when it is laid flat. 

The frame is constructed of aluminum, and this lightweight aluminum resists corrosion and makes the frame sturdy. This protective shield fits more Blue Ox tow bars. And it is not compatible with Roadmaster StowMaster or Blue Ox Acclaim tow bars. For keeping the front of your vehicle free of dirt look no further than the Blue Ox KarGard Protective Shield.
