Purchased 40 clips for my 18' above ground pool. Plan to use for the winter - hope it works. I have a thin, blue cover that I bought from Walmart to use during the summer to keep debris out, it holds the cover on nicely.

these are tight when putting on but that means they stay in place!  holding the cover on like a charm

WOW!!! These made closing my pool so much faster and easier. They hold the pool cover while I put it on and attach the ratchet strap. I can close the pool in half the time now. I can't believe I am just finding these.

Makes Closing Pool a Breeze.

They work good second time buying them. The more or closer spaced the better holding power. Recommend them.

I would say to buy if you want it for  only 1 season.  They are a little difficult to get on and when it's extra windy I normally loose a couple.

No instuctions with clips. looked like it would tear the pool cover if it was windy. wasn't sure how to put on.

I don't know what kind of pool these things are made for but they would not fit the railings on my pool and there's not enough extra material in my cover to bunch it up and put these clips on if that's the way they are intended to be used. The pictures show them fitting on the rail but they're just not big enough for that.
