We have a 24 foot above ground pool.And that's the size cover that we got , but I wish I had gotten a bigger one.

I have a pool that is 26' across. The only way to get the leaves in the middle of the pool is to be IN the pool. When that is not a possibility, the Dirt Defender is a life saver!!! It was very easy to put on, adjust and secure. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Great keeping leaves out of the bottom of pool

Dirt Defender

This cover is exactly what it says - a leaf net. It is thinner than I expected - it is not as thick as a sun screen and only catches leaves. If you live in a desert like area (Phoenix, AZ) it is not going necessarily catch those tiny leaves off those desert trees. It also does not keep out small gnats. However, it prevents leaves and debris from getting in while allowing the pool to breathe which is especially helpful in warmer climates where a regular pool cover can easily make a pool a hot tub. I would have given it a better value rating if it was a bit more tightly woven similar to a sunscreen to keep out smaller leaves and bugs. But, in general I am happy with it, it is light weight, and is fairly easy to get on and off.

Good for catching leaves on windy days

I like the leaf net pool cover. It works great and is easy to put on the pool. The only thing I wasn't expecting is that the cord that goes through the grommets around the cover was not installed. You have to put the cord thru all the way around the cover. No big deal but I was not expecting that. Overall, good cover and value. Would recommend to others.

Great Leaf Catcher

The screen was not as close knit as it looked in the pic. However, I haven't used in the Fall/Winter yet. I am using it during summer months for large insects and cedar needles from a neighbors tree. Works for insects but haven't had any strong winds to see if it will trap the cedar needles.

It's only open netting , no closed covering to prevent algae growth. If you're looking for about a 2 inch grid pattern to just catch leaves, this is your 
answer.

not like the picture at all. the picture looks to be fine woven, but still breathable. I wanted something to keep small bugs and some of the dirt out as well as leaves. disappointed just a leaf cather.
