[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i finally bought a pair to see if my fiance likes this kind better then the over the ear blue parrots and he likes them pretty well!! they dont get in the way mic wise! they arent heavy. battery life is good!!! he isnt a big fan of it being in his ear but with anything new it takes some time getting used too!!!

When I increase the volume, the sound is muffled and I have trouble hearing the receiver.

works good as any parrot  the only problem is: everybody complains that my voice is far away from my blluetooth

needs improvement

too expensive for what it is. bt headsets are pretty cheap now.  My primary dislike is no true on/off switch.  has a multifunction switch that you have to hold for 2/3 seconds to power on/off, that is on top of the time it takes to connect to phone.   and a phone disconnect button that if you hit slightly after the other party disconnects, it turns on the music control system, even though not listening to music.  weird controls.  the noise cancellation doesn't work any better than any other, which is not so great, for normal around the house erratic sounds.

Static and robot voice tried replacing and it also did same. Sound is awful don't waste your money or time
