I have been taking this brand and type of magnesium for a few years.  If taken with food it never upsets my stomach.  It does seem to help me with sleep as well as blood pressure.  The only slightly negative is the size of the pill--it is large, maybe nearly inch long.  On the plus side, it is very smooth and goes down surprisingly easy.  You would think such a large pill would be 400 mg, but it is only half that and you must take 2 for a full serving.  This is not a problem for me since I want a smaller amount of magnesium.   Delivery was slower than expected, around 4 days, and it was packed in a too big box with air bags for cushion.  Glass bottle and pills arrived intact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The caplets are quite large and can be difficult to swallow especially if taking more than 1. They are true to form though without any outer coating that can cause me nausea as with some other brands of magnesium citrate.

True to form but tough to swallow.
