Super neat toy. I got a great deal on buying it for pick up too. The toy is in a chamber in the roof area of the play house and you unlock it so it falls down and surprises your kid. At first I thought it was missing the Bluey toy but reading instructions really does help haha we loved it and made for a great birthday gift for my three year old.

I purchased three of these. I think the main problem is that parents aren't following directions. Push the house banner into the house BEFORE trying to get the plushie out. I saw a lot of reviews saying that they couldn't get the plushie out or that it was missing. None of the ones I purchased had any issues and one of my kids actually got the surprise bluey which was nice. I got these for about $15 per toy and I think it's great. They got to decorate the house, got a plushie and still play with it. You can even put the plushie back into the lever and start all over again by having it drop down. I recommend, it's a nice little toy for the kiddos.

Bluey in the zebra onesie is one of the best plushies! she's as soft as the other Blueys, and the onesie is great! the house is pretty sturdy and adorable

My daughter loves it. It's like going through a scavenger hunt when you first setting everything up so just be patient.

This was a toy for my classroom. My students love it. The students love to hug and the material is soft.

Very cute idea, follow the directions and your bluey surprise is in the top part of the house. You put in the play time tab and the latch opens and Bluey comes on down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a cute toy for bluey lovers!! The house is empty and then after unlocking it with a key bluey falls from the top and you open the door and there she is. You can do it over and over again as well not just one time use!

My bluey lover hides bluey and finds her again.

It's missing the plushie...I have purchased this item twice and there was no plush inside for either of them. I'm not sure what's going on, but it is annoying to have to keep returning it and trying again.
