This is truly the best oatmeal!  I can be very picky about the texture of my oatmeal, but Bob's Red Mill hit it on the nail!  Bob's Red Mill oatmeal is creamy, yet has a little chewy texture.  Just the way I enjoy it!!  The flavor of apples and cinnamon is definitely an added bonus.  I highly recommend you give it a try.

Tried the apple cinnamon instant oatmeal and I'm definitely a new fan.  I usually make my own oatmeal with Bob's, naturally:-)  Had the opportunity to try the instant and I have to say I like it.  Most commercial instant oats are way too sweet for me but Bob's is just right.  Little chunks of apple and a gentle amount of cinnamon and sugar.  Nothing overpowering.  Just right.  Goldilocks would approve.  I mixed it with boiling water and let it sit.  Really doesn't get any easier than that.  I'm trying the others too.

Wow! I can honestly say that I have never cared for oatmeal with apples in it and boy after tasting this oatmeal from Bob's Red Mill, I will definitely eat it every day now!  It actually tasted like apples and cinnamon!  Plus it did not taste like instant oatmeal, none of their products do.  Would highly recommend it to others!!

The apple cinnamon instant oatmeal packets provide a convenient way to enjoy wholesome oatmeal for breakfast or anytime. Its texture is similar to steel cut oatmeal. It also contains flaxseed meal for extra fiber. It is not overly sweet like most instant apple and cinnamon oatmeal packets available. This is a high quality product.

I made it with boiling water and let it sit for just a minute because I like my oatmeal to have a "bite" to it (not mushy) and it is delicious!

New Family Favorite!

Love the texture of this oatmeal -- as chewy and filling as regular oatmeal. But the flavor was bland. The sugar and cinnamon tastes came through, but I could barely taste the apple. My favorite way to eat oatmeal is cooked with big chunks of real apple, so this was disappointing. I'll just have to add my own, which is okay.

More Apples, Please!

Lots of apple chunks and the yummy smell of cinnamon.  Flavors are not overpowering, subtle and tasty.  I'm a fan of steel cut oats, but one doesn't always have 20-30 minutes to prepare breakfast.  These make for a quick tasty breakfast.  Gluten free is a bonus!

I'm usually a huge fan of apples and cinnamon, but not this time.  The flavor was bland and the small apple pieces didn't seem to cook right in the microwave.  I prefer adding my own apples and cinnamon to Bob's classic instant oatmeal.  As a bonus, the classic instant oatmeal doesn't have any added sugar.

Not a fan

Compared to other instant oatmeal brands, this one has half the sugar as the other brands which wouldn't be such a problem if y'all had also used less salt in the recipe. If you look at the amount of sodium in Quacker's and McCann's, these brands (including yours) use 160mg sodium per serving, but the two I mentioned have twice the sugar (11/12mg). I don't think this is a lot of sugar and it feels necessary to balance the saltiness. The saltiness is the first and last thing I taste when I eat the Bob's Red Mill version and it's really not appetizing. Also, I'm surprised that you all don't include a bit of guidance on using milk instead of water, especially when more people are using plant-based milks in their diets than cow's milk.
