We have used Quick Cooking Rolled Oats for quite some time.  Not only as a breakfast cereal but, also in many recipes with other ingredients. The flavor is very pleasing and melds well with meats, vegetables, and other grains in producing delicious dishes for dinner and supper as well as the most useful at breakfast. Bob's Red Mill produces some of the best rolled oats money can buy.
Learning to cook these rolled oats without lumps is very easy; as the oats blend into the boiling water quickly.   You will enjoy using Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking Rolled Oats.

There is no better breakfast than a bowl of hot oatmeal.  For one serving, I like to cook 1/3 cup oatmeal with 1 cup reduced fat milk, one packet of Splenda, and a 1/4 tsp cinnamon.  Microwave on high for three minutes, sitr, rest for ten, then microwave one more minute,  Delicious, nutritious, satisfying, and low calorie.

Delicious and Nutritious Start to the Day

I have a multi-generation family favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe that is made for nearly every family gathering and college kid care package.  Everyone noticed the difference the first time I made our cookies with Bob's Red Mill oats instead of the big brand that we've always used. The texture and flavor of the oats were outstanding in the cookies.  Keep going, Bob, because the family will never let me go back to the old brand!

I've been a fan of regular oatmeal for years, and once I discovered steel cut oats there was no going back. There was only one problem: the conventional products require long cooking times, even planning breakfast the night before, not a good fit with today's lifestyle. This product from Bob's turned out to be a godsend with its 5-7 minute cooking time. What's best about it? This cereal is delicious!

Outstanding Breakfast Cereal!

The benefits of oatmeal are well publicized, and I finally found a way to like eating it.  Bob's Red Mill plain quick cooking oats are convenient, and I have them for breakfast virtually every day, with blueberries and a teaspoon of turbinado sugar.  I throw some nuts on if I can find any.  This makes for a fine breakfast, the effects of which last for several hours.  

I had to order 30 pounds of this at once to avoid shipping charges, but it's been worth it.  I've eaten my way through the entire order and gone back for more.  I now expect to live to be 110!

Oatmeal Forever

For a long time, I only kept the regular rolled oats on hand, but I have come to realize that certain recipes work better with quick oats when a chewy texture is not desired. While I could slightly grind the regular oats, I like the convenience of having the quick oats on hand. They now have a permanent place in their own glass canister on the counter, right next to the regular oats. Why Bob's Red Mill, you may ask? I trust Bob's and their products.

Quick Oats Work Best for Some Recipes

Personally, I like this better than Quaker. Its easy to cook, tastes great, and easy to eat. I like that there is only one ingredient.

I purchased 2 bags (as part of a Bob's box) for my college-age son who has switched to a healthier diet and likes that the quick-cooking oatmeal can be prepared so fast.  He wants to control how much sugar and fat is added, so it's a great option.  Great product!

Perfect for college kids on the move

I have always loved your products. This last batch I have collected for an ancient grain bread. Could not have found them in one other place. Have not made it yet but I am looking forward to it. Thanks for your vision and your care of your employees.

Extremely easy to prepare and serve and quite tasty as well as nutritious. I prefer to use slightly less water than the recipe calls for which results in a firmer bite. Another option is to add dried fruit slices to the prepared cereal which can give additional variations in flavor and consistency.
