I love this product ! Very good tasting and better fiber than popcorn!

This is great!  It's very filling (in a good way), so that I don't feel hungry for a while after. Very high in insoluble fiber = great for the digestion.   I prepare it in a pressure cooker to save time, 1 c. sorghum to 3 c. water.  It takes about an hour until all the water gets absorbed.

Bob's Red Mill

LOVE shorgum. Made it popped and also made a cinnamon shorgum (rice) pudding. Delicious! Would like to see it available in more stores, not just flour version.

We purchased this sorghum and cooked it as cereal. We added it to our own hand-rolled oats, added cranberries, and had one of the nuttiest and chewiness hot cereals ever! I would recommend sorghum from Bob's Red Mill for anyone who wants to add vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber to their diet in a delicious manner.

First time sorghum user

I can always count on Bob's Red Mill products. I enjoy a variety of whole grains and sorghum is my favorite "large" grain. I often use it where I would use rice. I use the brown rice setting on my rice cooker, so it's super easy to add to dinner plans.

We love Bob's Red Mill grains, especially The Grains of Discovery.  My wife mixes variety of Bob's Red Mill grains, and cook to al dente.  The grains are so delicious with little EVO, herbs, avocado, and homemade sauerkraut - that's just one combination.  The grains are nutritious and very satisfying.  Try all of Bob's Red Mill grains.
