[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unpacked this and my husband assembled. All the parts were very carefully packaged and labeled. Nothing was missing or damaged in transit. My husband put this together while watching football, so it took him a couple of hours. He constantly referred to the instruction booklet and didn't seem to have any issues. He is the type to get frustrated and I didn't notice that at all with this particular assembly. The seat is large and very comfortable. The back support is also ample with adequate padding. The display has an auto on and shut-off, I wasn't sure about it at first, thinking it would run down the battery by being on all the time, but it hasn't. It has a notch to hold a cell phone or tablet. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet and sturdy it was. I expected it to squeak under the strain of the various weights our family. For a beginner, the elliptical seemed to be the easiest to maneuver. The tension adjustment on the lowest setting was still pretty challenging. There will be plenty of room to challenge ourselves as our strength and endurance improves. Like the machines at the gym, this can be pedaled forward and backwards to work different muscles. Another thing to note is its appearance; it's really nice to look at. It doesn't take up as much space as I thought it would. We are able to easily slide it around on our hardwood floors for relocations purposes. It should be stated that it does remains stable, without sliding while in use. I haven't decided where it will permanently reside, but I think it would be fun to use outside on the back patio. This is a very nice piece of gym equipment, which has multiple functions to work various body parts and prevent boredom. I highly recommend it.

Elliptical Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in pieces. It took me three hours to unwrap them all and then to assemble it. I don't mind that kind of thing, it's like a big 3D jigsaw puzzle. But a lot of people don't like that. Anyway, it works well and is not overly large. It does not take up too much space. I can drag it over by the love seat if I want to watch TV while using it. The seat is not especially comfy, but it isn't horrible either. Otherwise I do not have any major complaints.

Not Too Big

I bought this as COVID hit in March as an alternative to the gym and running outside. It was straightforward as far as assembling. The bike component felt very awkward, so I only used the elliptical part, which worked well. I have probably used it 20(ish) times and have had to tighten several pieces. Just this week, the wheel started melting during a workout. I'm 5'9" and 150 lbs, so well within its weight range. I'm so disappointed in how quickly it fell apart. I wouldn't recommend that anyone purchase it. It won't last long

Doesn't Last Long

Pros:  
•  Cheap, you get what you pay for!
•  Complete assembly instructions with needed tools included
Cons:  
• flimsy -- built for small woman.  I weigh 220 and the thing is very tippy and twists all over the place.  No matter how tightly (and I have strong hands) I tighten the knob on the right upright, it still comes loose every few minutes while in elliptical mode and has to be tightened again.  So either you stop or contort, your choice.
•  DANGEROUS for households with small children due to exposed flywheel in front because of two things
    1.  small openings in flywheel would fit little fingers quite well
    2.  resistance strap goes down the front of the flywheel creating a great place for fingers or fabric to get caught in the flywheel -- this is a danger for the rider as well if, say, a robe got caught it could pull you right off the thing and cause serious injury
•  Difficult to get on.  If you cannot lift your foot above the opposite knee you will not be able to get on this device.  It is way too tall, especially for a recumbent bike -- and there's no need, just very poor design.

Inexpensive, flimsy, dangerous around children

My son ensembled it, took 1hr45min not too bad. As the other  reviews mentioned it does sqeak alot. It's very flimsy and while working out the screws are coming loose. The knob for the seat doesn't stay tight so it moves while working out. And the resistance knob doesn't work.

Not worth it

Not able to adjust seat and cannot seat comfortably. I have to seat by the edge.
Di nit recommend. Tried to return company wint allow it since there is nothing wrong. It should specify that this product iw good for people 6 feet and above not 5.6. Very disappointed

Beware seat adjust doesn't do much

Would give a 0 if I could. Came with a missing screw, couldn't get a replacement screw anywhere and when promised a 20% refund for the loss of warrantee, was made to wait half a year with lots of phone calls before seeing any refund! Buyer beware, the equipment is also poor quality. Knobs constantly need tightening and the machine creaks like it's going to fall when moving fast.

DON'T BUY Save your money

this piece of crap came in malfunctioned, couldn't get ahold of manufacture, and couldn't get it returned by the 3rd party. don't buy
