Definitely not like I always bought from my hairdresser. The foam is much runnier than normal. I have shook it up but still the same. Would not purchase again at that high price. Twice the price I always paid at the hairdressers

I had been using this product for years and hadn't been able to find it, so I was delighted to find it at WalMart.  It works very well to provide some body to my normally limp hair.

Stay away! Bought 2 cans of root lifter that had been discontinued in stores. I had a can previously bought through a retail store and was finishing that one before I opened these. First one I used what was supposed to be foam came out liquid. Being in a rush that day I didnt have time to deal with it. Second time I used it same thing came out very much liquidy. That's when I open the second can and it wouldnt even spray! The cans came in a plastic sack. The plastic caps that normally came on the cans that protect the sprayer were not even on them. Pieces of very flimsy cardboard were wrapped around them and taped to the can. First picture is what was put on the cans in place of the plastic cap. Second picture is of me trying to spray the product.
I have used the product for many years and was shocked to learn it was discontinued. I had just learn in the store of it being discontinued and frantically googled to see if there was any available elsewhere. I made two mistakes not inspecting the products right away and not reading the return info closer. I paid more for it from this site than I paid for it in the retail stores and feel very ripped off!!! I should have been more careful and inspected but they should make sure the product gets to the customer in working order! $40.00 down the tubes!

Beware!!

I have been using Joico root lift for several years now, I dont have to worry about spending money on perms, that I always was never satisfied with, this gives me all the body and volume I need.
