It came together in under an hour. There's a great video, on a store whose name starts with an A, but I followed the printed instructions.
Solid construction, AFAICT. Delivery was earlier than expected, thanks! I've already began using it, inverting the minimum amount, for only a minute or two at a time, to be safe. I worry a little about blood pressure building up in my head, because I had an aneurysm, but that was over 40 years ago! So I don't stay inverted too long. But I DO feel better when I come back down and walk around.

So Far, SO Good!

Got it today and put it together myself. Easy instructions. A bolt to the foot bar was missing but I found a way around it. I bought the teeter massage pad to go with it and it fits perfect.

Affordable Inversion Table

Exactly what I wanted

Only used it a handful of times but it's very sturdy. I worried about going backwards, but it works well. Lying flat on it is super comfy - like lying on an ironing board, but better.....! This is going to get a lot of use in our home, I think ....

Love this, using it the first time already brought relief to my lower back.  Sitting all day at work puts so much pressure on my lower back.  After few mins in the evening makes a world of difference.  the lumbar support nice feature.

Love this product!

I have had two surgeries for the same disc popping.  I purchased this almost 10 months after my second surgery due to my back being very tight.  I use this for a few weeks (only 3-4 minutes on lowest setting) and it definitely did something to help relieve some pain.  My chiropractor recommended it.  The price is perfect!!!

Great Product with Great Price (compare to Dicks)

I opened the package right away and immediately detected a burnt wood smell on the platform. I left it in the garage for several weeks but the odor remains. I contacted the Extreme Products Group through their website contact form. I asked if the platform could be replaced and checked first.They were very disrespectful. After sending all receipts and photos they finally agreed to send another platform directly from the factory in China.  If and when it arrives I won't know if it has the same odor.

The table advertises having a 250lb capacity but can only adjust and function up to 195lbs. I'm 6'4 220lbs and this table simply won't work for me.
