As stated, for the price, it's a great alternative to a Bowflex or other "weights and plates" home gyms that require a masters degree in construction/assembly to build, and it takes up almost no space. It creates just enough resistance with the 3 different sizes/tensions of bungee cords to challenge you, and keep you toned. If you want to build muscle mass, this may not be the best option, but for simple toning and strength maintenance, it's pretty good.

It's a great exercise tool but definitely not 200 lbs of resistance
