I find it too firm but it is new so I imagine it will be a little more over time.

Excellent support and very light

Pillow

This pillow was too soft for me. It didn't feel as though it would maintain it's supportive shape.

Too soft for me

There is nothing wrong with this pillow.  The one star rating is because it is not the pillow for me .  I am a side sleeper  5'2” and the loft is too high for me which creates neck and shoulder pain.
