I recently replaced my contour pillow I had for years with this one. I am so happy with this pillow. It provided more support and was a bit more firm than my other one, which is perfect for me. I am mostly a back sleeper and sometimes a side sleeper. It provided good neck support for both sides.

My husband is a stomach and side sleeper and he said he enjoys using it for a little while for relief. It wouldn't work well for him since this man moves all over the bed in his sleep. I tend to lay pretty still which allows me to use this pillow quite well. But if he was able to stay in one position I think it would help him greatly with some aches in pain.

Firm yet comfortable neck support pillow

Offers very good neck support. Giving it 4 stars as I would have preferred it to be a bit softer, but this obviously depends on the individual.

It's not a memory foam pillow. It's less than 1 month now and already lost some of its hight. I'm not sure to what extend it will flatten!
