This is a very good set of resistance bands. They seem to be made better than any others that I looked at. They are smooth moving. Everything that you need to get started is included. I have been using them for a few weeks and am starting to see results already. There is a booklet with all the information that you need including many exercises. Bodylastics also has workouts and info online. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a great resistance bands. It is good quality-so much better than those cheap imitations. It is a little pricey but well worth the money. I believe it will last for a very long time. I am glad that I paid the extra money for it instead of buying the cheaper resistance bands. It has made my workout so much better. I would highly recommend it!
