Thank goodness there was a product available to remove the polish from my hardwood floors.  Took 28 hours and two people to get the job done with this product.  The key is to be patient and only work in small areas.  We have approximately 2200 square feet of HW flooring.. took 5 1/2 bottles of this remover.  Pricey lesson learned!

Used it to remove Bona high gloss polish on my pre-engineered Brazilian cherry satin finish floors. Have only used Bona products since floors were installed 15 years ago.  I do not recommend using the high gloss polish on satin finish floors.   Ordered the polish remover online because I could not find in any store.  Watched the YouTube video from Bona on how to do the job.  It works beautifully, and now my floors are back to their original beauty.  Be prepared to take your time and use your muscle.  Took me about 4 hours, but so worth the effort!  Excellent product Bona!!

It Truly Works!

About two years ago I put Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Polish on my kitchen laminate floor and did one re-application without removing the first one. After some time there was a sticky residue that kept popping out between the seams of the laminate flooring.
I purchased Bona Polish Remover with Scrubbing pad, followed the directions and it all came off perfectly, I have put down one application of the Bona Floor Polish I so happy that I removed the old reapplying the polish again and it looks amazing. 
My compliments to customer service as they were able to update my address after the product shipped thank you.

Worked perfectly

This product saved the day! I spilled fingernail polish and polish remover over my two year old new wood floor and thought I would have to replace all the ruined planks. 
I use Bona on my floors and my husband said, no problem, just try the stripper on our wood flooring. He told me that the wood wasn't damaged, just the Bona coating that was on it. 
I followed the directions on the bottle and I did the stripping part twice, and cleaned with my normal Bona cleaning pad. The last step I polished the entire floor and no-one could tell that I had spilled any thing on it. I  love my Bona products!

Since I ruined my floor using the polish in the first place, it was good to have a product to remove the polish. Took a lot of elbow grease and time, but my floor is back to looking good again. Not sure why you have the polish in the first place. It certainly didn't improve the look and crated a lot of extra work to remove it. I would rather have a few scratches than a smudged floor.

I followed other users reviews on how it works,  After failing the first time to remove the wax, I used the scratch pad that comes with it after letting the product sit for 5 minutes, then rinsed three times.  I found patches throughout that needed a second round of cleaning.  Requires a lot of product to keep it wet.

It works well but requires a lot of time and energ

I bought this because the person who cleans my house accidentally applied polish instead of cleaner.   She found it “easier “ to do it on her hands and knees but it was a very exhausting endeavor.

Bona 

The scratchy pads would NOT stay on the Bona mop. I ultimately had to get on the floor and use elbow grease with the scratchy pads by hand after letting it sit for 10 minutes. It was an extremely difficult job getting the polish off taking me 5 days. Had I known there was acrylic in it, I would have never used it. Also, some spots were very resistant requiring multiple attempts to get it off.

Removing Bona polish.

Purchased to remove bona polish. Made a mess. Softened the polish. Clogged up the seams betwen wood boards into a mess I've been cleaning for weeks to little avail. I did find a product from another company which literally allowed me to wipe the polish off floor. But bona was complete waste of alot of money for the polish remover.

Horrible

Bona polish and polish remover are the worst products I have ever used. It took many hours to remove the mess from our beautiful new hardwood floors.
